We used to dress up as clowns for my younger siblings. It was a lot of fun! You're a great brother and cousin!
Here's a clown-costume suggestion: I have a whole bunch of cousins in my family. Two of them liked to dress up in mis-matched baggy pajama tops and bottoms and clown around. They looked pretty silly, just like clowns ought to look, and you remind me of them (you might want to raid your dad's pajama drawer and see what you find ;-))
